We ship to the EU (Europe) and the Countries Listed on our Postage Page ONLY. We do not ship
outside these areas and any order placed outside these areas will
be rejected.
Please ensure you are aware of and happy with the exchange rate
for your domestic currency. You can get a guide by visiting www.xe.com. (Opens in a New Window). The exact rate charged depends on your Card Company.
Your card company will convert the GB sterling amount
into your domestic currency which will show on your card statement.
Exchange rate fluctuations may occur between you checking the rate
and your card company converting the sterling amount for which we
cannot be held liable.
You are responsible for any import duties or taxes levied at the
point of delivery.
Additional security information may be required for certain countries.

Internet security is important to us all, at CRAFTEE you Simply place your order online and pay by Credit
or Debit Card through our Secure Servers.
Order On-line
Entre the Quantity in the Box and Click on the Buy
Now button, next to the item you wish purchase, this will add
the selected item into your shopping cart.
Cart
Click the Cart button (on the top of every page) and you can check every thing is OK. If you have made a mistake
you have the opportunity to change the Quantity (to zero if you
have ordered the wrong item) and Recalculate your order value. Select
the postage option of Europe (If you like in the EU) or Rest of the World and your Postage,
Handling & Packaging is calculated straight away, so you can
see where you stand. If you wish to buy more, click the Continue
Shopping Button and you will be taken back to the Main Site.
If you have finished shopping click on Go To Payments.
Payments
Fill in your Name and address in the Purchase Details section. PLEASE
NOTE , this
MUST be the address where your
Card statement is sent to. Failure to enter the correct address
WILL delay your Order and may cause it to be rejected.
PLEASE give us a phone number, in case
we need to contact you about your order.
Please be VERY CAREFUL
when entering your e-mail address as our Automated System will e-mail
a copy of your order to you.
Pay by Credit or Debit Card
Select Payment by Credit Card and click Continue. Enter your card
details. On completion of Payment your order will be automatically
entered into our system.
Our System will automatically send you an email confirming your
order details, if you do not receive confirmation, please get in
touch to check your Order status.
We will usually post your order within two
working days of receiving your Credit or Debit Card payment.
Minimum Order Value
Due to the high cost of Payment and Order Processing, we have a
Minimum Order Value of £10.00.
Maximum Order Value
Due to the Compensation Limit set by Royal Mail, our Maximum Order Value is £40.00 (Approx 25 Kits)
Pay by Cheque
Unfortunately, due to increasing Fraud, we are unable to accept Payment By Cheque
